As a native of Orlando and graduate of Dr. Phillips High School and UCF, I have a deep love for our community. As the child of a father who fled communism, I gained a profound respect for America’s values and way of life. As a teacher, I try to remind my students that we must never take this respect for granted.
Like many of our neighbors, I have grown frustrated with the way our government has conducted business as usual. I have always taught my students that status quo is not acceptable and that we must choose to be a part of the solution.
That’s why I decided to run for State Representative – to be part of the solution and make a positive impact in our community.
Since first elected in 2014, I have worked to make Tallahassee more responsible to citizens, not special interests.
Thank you for your consideration.
